The White Lakes are a three-piece Indie-Pop band. Band Members: matt Ellacott (Rhythm Guitar and Vocals), Bass (Logan McQuirk) and Gabriel Carvalho (Drums). Now based in Birmingham, they originally formed in Oxford but have since moved to Birmingham and have been together for three years.

Visually exciting and aesthetically pleasing their blend of powerful rock mixed with strong melodies and pop arrangements sees them win over every crowd with an intense style that could only be maintained by their youthful energy.

Since they formed three years ago they have moved from small support slots to main headline shows performing at venues such as the -2 Academy, 02 Oxford, F1 Silverstone, and Camden Assembly garnering the support of Razorlight along the way who invited them to support at the -2 Indigo recently.

The band have received support from the lieks of BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio
